Motorized Gate Valves for Refinery Project
As one of the leading mechanical engineering companies in Uganda, we were honored to be awarded the supply, installation, and commissioning of motorized gate valves for a prestigious refinery project. Our team engaged in detailed technical discussions, application working, and functional testing of the valves, ensuring flawless performance. These valves, ranging from 12 inches to 24 inches in size, can be operated manually or remotely, offering flexibility with a remote accessing tool. Designed and tested to meet API standards, these valves ensure reliability and efficiency in the refinery's operations.
Control Valve Package for Steam Field Power Plant
In another commendable project, we supplied, installed, and commissioned a Control Valve Package for a crucial steam field power plant project. Our specialized solution included an emergency shutdown actuator option, prioritizing safety and reliability. As this steam field was located in a remote area, our team meticulously ensured that the valve supply met the highest quality standards, withstanding harsh conditions and guaranteeing uninterrupted operations.
Upgraded Pipe and Instruments at a Fuel Terminal
Taking on challenges with expertise, our skilled mechanical team successfully executed an upgrade of pipe and instruments in a loading gantry of a vital fuel terminal. Understanding the critical importance of safety in fuel terminals, we meticulously completed a total pipeline modification and installed comprehensive metering systems.
